The CARES Act
Let our funding experts help you find the money your school is entitled to.
The 2020 CARES Act allocated an initial $13 billion to K-12 schools. A new funding package from the federal government in December 2020 dedicated an additional $54.3 billion to public schools, with a wide range of permissible uses, including the purchase of supplemental software.
Federal funding for school reopenings and hybrid learning is being released now. Some funding is being directly allocated to districts and schools; some must be applied for through grants. All funding must be spent by 2022. It's wise to stay up-to-date on your state's progress in processing and distributing funds. Don’t miss out!
